3g iphone black screen

hello all i wanted to change the back of my 3g when i reassembled it the phone only turns on if i plug it into a wall charger and then press the home button.... it goes to the apple logo then shuts offf and the screen is very dimm.... if i try to connect it to the computer it jus blinks on and goes off ive testes the voltage from the battery its good and help please

i would try and take it apart and put it back.

yea i did that over a dozen times ive managed to get it into restore mode the phone still stays blank but then i get an error 1601
