3G Iphone Cant Hear or Talk Or Use Mic at all

Hi I recently had a 3G Iphone on 2.2.1 and baseband 2.30 i used a baseband downgrader and it downgraded to 2.28 i upgraded to FW 2.2. to jail break with yellow snow, The nlock works but i cant hear anyone when on regular mic(non speakerphone) and when i do have it on speakerphone i can hear the but they still cant hear me. ANy help i think this might be other then a headphone jack issue.

Also i have no warranty

~^^Wrong apple says i have warranty untill July 10 2010 so any help?
