Doe anyone hear a reverb or echo when using in car bluetooth on a BMW? the other party sounds great, but i hear an echo on everything i say.

I had Firmware 45 on my 3g when I got it and I never got any voice echo on my Jawbone2. I just restored to 47 and so far the last 3 of my 5 calls I had my own voice echo back at me on my Jawbone2.

Hubby has 347 firmware and I have 345, his phone echoes on bluetooth in his BMW and in my Lexus, mine does not echo in either car. I think this is related more to the 347 build.

I've got a 347 build and I get this echo too in my 05 3 series. It's annoying. I guess I'll hope for a fix in the next firmware.

I most definitely have a subtle echo with connected via BT with my 2005 545i on the 3G iphone, which definitely wasn't there with my 2G iphone. It's not bad but noticable.

The flip side is I can now leave my wifi on and still have clear BT conversations in my BMW, with my 2G iphone if the wifi was in the on position it would break up my phone calls. So I'm much happier now but it will be nice when they get the echo fixed.

This problem stems from what is known as the "7" solution. Apple and BMW worked it out, and the only way to fix it is to purchase a 7-series ASAP. ;)
