Its clearly the 1st gen iPhone pimped out gold, they've been doing that for ages. Very out of order they put 3G in the title though, there are probably a few who'd fall for that, and strictly speaking they are surely breaking ebay rules if they don't actually send you a 3G iPhone (i'd have thought), which obviously they won't.

Yes, Ebay will certainly end it if they find out. It's called 'keyword spamming' they take it very seriously as it is infuriating to buyers who get all sorts of crap turn up in searches.

I thought that EBay had stopped all 3G Phone bids unless the seller could provide pictures of an actual phone. This was to stop sellers offering phones that they didn't actually own.
