3G iPhone to be sold in all retailers?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if there's any chance apple will make the 3g iPhone available at all retailers rather than just the apple store and carrier stores? Hope they do, I'm drawn towards the conditions of the extended warranty at some of the general electronic stores.

i doubt it, but it would be nice if it were to happen. no tax, free shipping from amazon.

its coz the extended warranties in uk (most of them) come with accidental damage covered, that would be amazing, no to have a cover on and just not caring if it falls.
