iPod 3G iPod Nano capacity?

Any rumors or speculation on what the next bump to the Nano line would be?

I might be willing to ditch my 30 GB iPod if they can get the Nano up to 16 GB. What are the prices on 16 GB flash chips right now?

that big a jump in capacity probably won't happen. 6 and 12 (or 8 and 12) GB are the most probable capacities for the 3G Nano

I don't think the 3G with get up to 16, maybe 12 on the high end. And staying at 4 or maybe 5 at the low end.
