has anyone else noticed that when playing a song and launching a game the volume automatically jumps up to 100%? this is incredibly annoying, it seems that the games override the regular volume controls forcing you to lower the volume in the game menu.

yep and it goes reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly loud but got fixed in the new software update 1.0.2
