The battery was low (less than 20%) and I fell asleep. Woke up to find the phone dead - ok I thought - battery out - stuck it on charge and then my wife thought it was her iPhone and turned it on - error message appeared stating cannot read sim - contacted 3 in HK - and forced restart was explained - tried it but still comes up saying phone sim not in or pin locked - sim is in and not pin locked - any suggestions?
