I just got my new 3G S this morning, I was walking outside and I noticed what I thought were 3 air bubbles under the glass in the top left corner (just to the left of the speaker). I can only see them when the phone is in direct light. However, they look like they are all the exact same size, and they're lined up evenly, so I'm thinking they might be sensors.

My old 2G phone didn't have these (that I could see), and I never had a 3G. Are these normal?

There are 3 sensors now? Did they add an extra proximity sensor or something, pretty sure my 2G only had 2 bubbles.
