3g speed help needed

i have an iphone 4s 6.0.1, my 3g speed has become really slow.. when i was on 5.1.1 the speed was blazing fast, i don't know about 6.0 didnt really check, is there any way to increase the speed? i did reset network settings it was fast for around 2 minutes and now back to slow speed..
