3G speeds faster on iPhone 4

Has anyone else noticed that 3G speeds are faster with this new iPhone? My 3GS averaged 1.2Mb/300kb now I'm getting 3.5Mb/1.6Mb average.


Use the speedtest app to test yours. (without touching it of course)

Yup, I noticed the same thing. I'm getting some insane 3G speeds now. Downloads around 2.5 Mb/s and uploads as much as 2 Mb/s (usually around 1.5 Mb/s though).

A4 chip + 512mb Ram = Faster Speeds

Same. Compared to the 3G this phone screams.

Im at 2.9-3.4 Mbps dl right now

I am getting about the same speed without touching.

It drop more than half when 'holding it wrong'. But still 5 bars since I am getting strong signal here still.
