3G toggle gone in iOS 6 b1

Apple removed the 3G toggle again on the iPhone 4S, which is crap, cause I toggled 3G off because of the static crackling noise I got when calling over 3G.

This is so annoying. I'm using this a lot too for the sake of battery life.
I just hope it will come back in the next betas.
How in the world did they not learn from the past?

May hint at iphone 5 is LTE... they are revamping the toggles
