This is an unusual problem and I'm having trouble searching the web for a solution.
The problem is... The whole lock screen works fine. The unlock slider takes me to the emergency screen and this is where the problem is.
The keypad part of the screen works as it should but the 'back' button and 'call' button parts of the screen don't respond. It's as if everything below the keypad is unresponsive. It's strange because the unlock slider works fine on the previous screen.
Any help with this would be great
