3G unrestricted equivalent in App Store?

I don't believe there's any app in the AppStore that performs the same function as "3G Unrestrictor" from cydia

A package like that would never be allowed in the AppStore.

That is one of the only things that tempts me to JB. Sitting there with a LTE connection that is faster then my home Internet and I can't download a 55mb podcast in apple's podcast app. Ridiculous.
