3G wallpaper?

So i just downloaded the new iS04 and my wallpaper is still plain black?? Isn't there supposed to be a new wallpaper feature? Or is this only on 3GS?
 
does any one have a list

Looked at apple and all they tell you not all feature work on a 3G is does someone know what doesnt work.
