3G - White screen appearing with faint outlines of icons.

Hi there , i replaced my digitizer today and LCD screen , then i went connected everything up went to turn the phone on and could see a white screen with the lightning symbol just about recognizable , could this be due to a loose connection , as I think cable 3 may not of gone in properly, does cable 3 have something to do with the screen connections?

Just found out cable 3 is to do with the proximity sensor and mic , so this shouldnt make a difference to the screen ,

It is a brand new LCD with both connections 1 & 2 firmly secured, When viewing the LCD I could faintly see the lightning bolt , is it an issue with the brand new screen , it isnt bleeding or anything so wouldnt have thought so
