3G with 4.1 carrier bundle problem

Hello,

I restored 3G to 4.1fw (custom) and everything is fine except I can't inject carrier bundles in "traditional way" with typing this

Code: 
    defaults write com.apple.iTunes carrier-testing -bool TRUE

(I'm using os x)

and choosing Option+Update in iTunes.
iTunes DOES recognize carrier bundle .ipcc files but no reaction on phone.


Any ideas how to inject cb?
