3g with battery icon

i have a 3g, and i restored when i updated to 3.0
but for some reason it still has my custom carrier logo on the left, and now i have a % sign next to my battery

was previously jailbroken on 2.2.1

how do i get rid of these, i dont care for jb anymore, just want stock,

Restore, set up as new phone.

Remnants of your jailbreak are causing that.

You don't have to restore. Just go to settings. Then go to reset and hit reset all settings. It should remove it.
