hi, i have an iphone 4 PAYG with orange and i get 12 months of free 250mb 3g to use.
The problem is that it doesnt work.
i ring 453 to tell me my extras and balance and with my extras it says that in my 250mb monthly allowance i have 250mb left so i know i have it but the app store wont load up and when i go on safari it says something about not being able to connect to orange world.
i am on the dolphin package and when i top up £10 i have free texts and another 100mb for free. the 100mb works but when that is all gone and i just have the 250 left it doesnt work (says i have it but get the range world message)
i have a 3gs on exactly the same plan which i have given to my girlfriend and the 250 works fine on there.
i have rang orange up and all they say is soft reset your phone and it will work which it doesnt
also i have tried it in different places with full signal bars and 3g but it wont work
