SO, I've got a new Samsung T-809 that i want to watch my ripped DVD TV shows on.
BUT...The only file format that works so far with it is 3GP(mobile Mp4) exported from Quicktime Pro or any other 3gp converter like this
H.264 is NOT supported with the phone
MPEG-4 and H.263 ARE Supported

The Problem is that the compression is so high(with 3gp) that it's almost unwatchable.
Does anyone have experience with compressing video like this for a mobile device or an Ipod.

What compression method would produce the best picture? Mpeg-4, H.263 or something else?
Will increasing the Data Rate increase the quality? What about frame rate?
Any Help would be great! :D
