3GS 3.1.2FW OLD Bootrom Spirit Jailbreak, can I upgrade to 4.0 JB?

Well I was excited about the release of PwnageTool 4.0 and was ready to upgrade but after reading the release notes I'm not too sure if I'm even able to upgrade and jailbreak 4.0. Heres my situation, I have 3GS on 3.1.2 fw 5.11.07 baseband and OLD bootrom but whats tricky is that I jailbroke using Spirit. I just bought this iphone off someone and had just assumed it was new bootrom so I just used Spirit to jailbreak without thinking. The only SHSH I have saved is 3.1.3. So my question is is there any possible way for me to be able to upgrade to 4.0 and jailbreak? Thanks
