3GS 3.1.3 baseband 05.12.01 Unlock? Help

I just had my worse luck, I sold my 3GS on ebay on sunday and it was jailbreaked and unlocked and the buyer needs the phone unlocked, well I don't know why I did it but I used the RESET NETWORK SETTINGS button and the damn phone frooze on me, it rebooted on the apple logo and nothing happened for hours, so I restored from my old backup but I end up getting 3.1.3 with baseband 05.12.01.

is there anyway to unlocked by downgrading to 3.1.2 or doing something similar?
