3GS 4.1 SHSH error

My old 3GS which my girlfriend uses is still at 3.1.3, she has no use for iOS4 so I have just left it. It has shsh blobs on cydia for 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.1, and 4.0.2. But it wont get the one for 4.1. Using Tiny Umbrella 4.1.8 it doesnt show up, using 4.1.6 and requesting 4.1 from cydia it comes back with

so I tried requesting from apple and got this

it works on my iphone4, i was just wondering if anyone had seen this before
