3gs activation?

so i have 3gs 5.0.1 running on ipad baseband (unlocked) but later activated with atnt and paying them for data! but i never updated it, i just left it as it and used the phone.

I updated to ios 5.1 and baseband is still 06.15.00 and it would not activate, i called atnt before i updated it to 5.1 and they did everything they could and no luck!

i loaded a snowbreeze version with preseved baseband-no luck
loaded official 5.1 from apple-no luck

What are my options?

Use redsn0w to downgrade the baseband.It will still be on an unlockable baseband if you downgrade it as long as you preserve it

since its activated with atnt i don't really care about being it unlock, i updated to 5.1.1 and it has 05.16.05 and the signal bar is 1 bar-2 bar and nothing else, it just sits there. You think something could be wrong with the radio?
