greetings fellow Iphone fanatics,

Ever since I got my 3GS (on day 1, waited in line for 5 hrs) my right wrist is F*****!!!!!! I am young and healthy and have NEVER had any wrist issues. I am right handed and I use my 3GS ALOT!!! Im thinking the slider/texting/and email are ruining my wrist.

anyone else the same? Any remedies?

The only problem I have with my wrist is when I am lying in bed trying to use Safari or any other app that auto-rotates to landscape.

Other than that, I have been using touch screen phones (other than the iPhone) since 2007.

The thing isn't glued to your hand...just change the angle at which you're holding it. Or hold it with the left hand...or both hands....

It's not like a keyboard where your wrists have to be in the same basic position for the duration of your time on it...you can shift it around in your hands so that it's more comfortable.

How many hours a day are you on it? I think you need to limit use of your iPhone for a while until your wrist recovers. Also, try to use it left-handed or two-handed. A good wrist exercise is squeezing a rubber ball.

Are you sure your wrist isn't hurting you due to any other excessive uses of your hands and wrists? *cough cough*

Just kidding. Put down your iPhone and rest your wrist for a little bit.

I'm guessing limp-wristed emo syndrome. I see plenty of those around here...

;) j/k
