Does the iphone 3gs require the full nike plus pack or just the shoe sensor?

Is the Receiver built in the phone or do i need to buy the full pack containing both the receiver and sensor?

you just need the shoe sensor. the receiver is built in to the phone, as well as the software to read it.

Do they carry the sensor at the apple store?

you can buy the sensor at the apple store or even other stores (amazon etc..)

if you're not going to use the official nike+ shoes, then you then need a kind of pouch which ties to your shoelaces which hold this sensor... just look on ebay as I received my pouch today.. but won't be using it till tomorrow when my sensor arrives :)

Thanx for the prompt responce!

I purchased the sensor from the nike online store.

Happy running peeps :D

Is there any local store in the US that carries a shoe pouch that attaches to the shoe for the sensor?

I used the Marware thingy before I got myself some Nike shoes, and ordered it directly from the Marware page (though it seems Amazon is cheaper).

Don't know about any analogue stores...
