3GS and T-Mobile and OS 4.0.1

I am reading around and a lot of people have issues with MMS and APN data network not saving their stuff or its not even there.

Should I upgrade? or wait for fixes? anyone on t mobile and 4.0.1 and not having any issues?

My wifes JB 4.0.1 3gs has full functionality on tmobile, including MMS (with the exception of 3g service - you wont get that w/ an iphone on tmo).

There is lots of info online about how to setup the MMS functionality for tmo.
