3GS apps no longer work

hi:
I on a MAC and I have a 3GS with the new boot loader, I have 3.12 firmware 05.11.07 and I have I tunes 9.1. Since yesterday I am receiving a message with some applications that I have an old iPhone software and I needy to update it.
The applications in the iPhone open and close themselves. The apps with this beaver are Evernote, Comcast mobile, Box.net, Comcast TV, Photoshop.
My ECID.SHSH file saved on Cydia and so far I have not gone with it because I have been fine just running blackra1n when I need to reboot.

Does any one has a solution for this issue? any recommendations?

All the apps that have been updated for the ipad or 3.1.3 are doing it by the look of things.

I'm on 3.1.2 and the apps you listed run fine. I'm on a 3G though.
