What is the best way to charge it the first time? Should I let it go fully down then charge it fully up a couple of times? I have never understood how to properly charge and handle batteries the first time I have something. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thx

Given the number of battery related threads on here right now a more descriptive title would be very nice.
Regarding first time charge I don't think it really matters with this type, though the perceived wisdom seems to be that exercising the battery with a few full charge/discharge cycles will get it to full capacity.
