I bought a couple of faulty iPhones, two of them (3GS) get's iTunes error 21, which I believe is caused by the battery.

The third one (3GS) does not boot, charge, hard reset or DFU. I exchanged the charging port from one of the working ones aswell with a screen.
Didn't work. May this be the battery too?
