3GS features?

Are the following features supported on the 3GS running iOS 6:

1) Walking directions in Apple's Maps app as described here:

2) Driving directions, even if it doesn't get siri-guided turn-by-turn navigation.

2) It's a long shot, but: does personal hostpot get the wifi option enabled?

Driving directions already exists. Turn-by-turn won't be present.

Ad hoc wifi for personal hotspot is a hardware limitation. So no :-(
