[3Gs] iOS 4 tethering option disappear

Dear all,

I got my 2010 week 2 iPhone 3Gs with iOS 4.0.1 installed from Apple.

When I restore my iPhone with my 3.1.3 spirit JB backup, the tethering option disappeared.

Do you guys have the same situation as me ?
