iPhone 3GS:IOS 5.1.1 Ipad BB and can't unlock INVALID SIM

I've Jailbroken and untethered but its giving me invalid sim and may my device is not unlocked.
What I need to in order to unlock?

And after device is unlocked I planned downgrade BB.

Please help how to unlock...?

Tried ULTRASNOW..

My phone is from year 2009 but with new bootrom..

You need to install ultrasn0w once you jailbreak it. If possible, flash in redsn0w to iPad baseband again.

I did installed the Ultrasnow and also the fix for the ultrasnow 5.1.1..but did not work out..

Could you please tell me what do you mean by flash in resn0w ot IPAD baseband again?
My baseband is 06.15.00

You need to open redsn0w, click Jailbreak, and then uncheck all boxes except "Install iPad Baseband." You can probably choose, "Downgrade iPad Baseband" if you're on the new 0.9.14b2 http://blog.iphone-dev.org.

ultrasn0w v. 1.2.7 does the exact same thing as ultrasn0w fixer for 5.1.1 plus it unlocks the iPhone with iPad baseband or 5.13.04 and below. I have seen iPhones that refused to unlocked with any baseband even though they worked with AT&T(probably 1% of them). I probably would have had to get a factory unlock if I still had them.
