3GS iPod won't open

I just noticed that the iPod on my 3GS won't open. It looks like it's going to load and then immediately closes. I restarted my iPhone but I am still having that issue. I haven't opened it in about a week so the last time I can remember it working was last Thursday evening.

Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts?

I hooked my iPhone up and did a sync with iTunes and all is well. My iPhone 3GS iPod is working once again. Not sure what caused it to stop, but since I didn't have to restore to fix it I'm a happy camper.
