3GS old baseband-ultrasnow did not work

iPhone 3GS-6.0.1-was AT&T 13.0-5.16.07-Ultrasnow unlock did not work, phone keeps searching. New Claro simcard. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, do not want to spend $100-$125 for IMEI unlock
 
That's because ultrasnow does not unlock that baseband version.
And it's called old bootrom not old baseband.
