Does anyone have the carrier file that came with the 3GS? I want to go back to whatever was on the phone instead of the 5.0 that I downloaded to try and get MMS/Tethering.

if you are on a mac go to your home folder, then Library/iTunes/iPhone Carrier Support

the original is in there
