sorry if this has been asked but I searched and didn't see my question addressed.

My sister's just gave me her broken white iphone 3gs... needless to say she is more than a little hard on her electronics, the rear case is cracked in numerous places and the power button no longer works.

if i wanted to change it to black would I need more pieces than just the sim tray and the rear cover? I'm mainly asking because i's easier to find a parts phone in black.

or if anyone has any ideas for me on fixing these 2 issues let me know

thanks in advance

if your buying replacement parts then that is all you should need other than a new headphone jack cable. that will fix your power button. if your buying a parts phone it should all come with it. no idea what you will have to replace until you get the phone.
