3GS Reset itself during call

I was on a long call and my 3GS cut out, screen went black then the apple logo showed on screen.

This was showing for quite a while, I thought I was going to have to do a restore through iTunes but then it did come back.

I have had it for about 10 months now and have never had this happen before. Could it maybe be a iOS4 thing, has it happened to anyone else?

Has happened to my 3gs a couple times. I figure it's nothing important it's just like when a conputer crashes etc.
However if it becomes frequent you could try doing a restore.

Happened again to me yesterday.

Was the same, after about 20 mins on a call... Would apple replace it in store? The phone is about 10 months old.
