3GS same charger as v1?

I have all these wall chargers from my v1. Are the chargering cables the same? Yes, I know they look the same, but...

Yes, it is the same. Hell, i used an ipod cable from my 3rd gen ipod to power and sync my 3g. it is the same!

Well, my second post got deleted, which was asking a slightly different question. I had realized that maybe people hadn't had the 3Gs long enough to know, so I asked if it had worked on the 3G. 3 seconds later...the post vanishes.
