Hi, there.
I want to ask you about some pixels of my gf's 3GS.

Are these dead or stuck pixels and how then can be fixed?

looks like water? not dead pixels? try opening up the phone and whiping the lcd down see what happens.
 
On the previous pics they looked like bubbles, but actually they look like light spots...
