Hi,

I noticed recently (after about a month or so of use) there are a couple of times that the 3GS applications seem to be slower than usual when loading.

For example, when I load up the 'messages' application the window begins to load, pauses for about 1/10th of a second then fully opens.

I wondered if I am running applications incorrectly (too many open?), or not using the iPhone correctly, so that the result is it struggles to keep up sometimes?

Any reason why it might be a bit slow (by which I mean not as instant as it usually is) loading some apps sometimes?

For info:
- Wi-Fi is off
- Bluetooth is off
- I don't *think* I have apps running that shouldnt be (no idea how to tell though)
- My battery went from 60% to 40% today with minimal use (1 5min phone call and 10 minutes general usage)

Thanks for any tips of good housekeeping for the iPhone.
