3GS stuck in restart loop.

I got a prompt today on my 3GS to download and update to the latest version of iOS, you can now do this without being plugged in to a power supply.

Anyway since, doing the update my iphone is just constantly restarting itself, it restarts then its useable for about a minute then it shuts down and restarts again.

Anyone else had this problem?
