iPhone 3gs stuck on DFU mod

It's likely in Recovery mode
Try TinyUmbrella - Kick out of recovery or Redsn0w - Fix recovery
How can it be stuck in DFU mode?
Surely just holding down the power and home button will force the phone to reboot.
Is that doesn't work you could try this
1. Hold down the "home" + "power" button simultaneously.
2. After 12 seconds of holding, release the home button and continue to hold the power button until the apply logo screen comes on.
3. pat yourself on the back.

i have one more question...
(If you have an iPhone3GS and if digits 3-5 of its Serial Number are 134 or later (xx134 ), means youve an iPhone 3GS New Bootrom then you should NOT try to install the 06.15 baseband on your 3GS! It will brick your radio, preventing both the downgrade from working and normal iPhone software from using it as a phone! Be warned!)
how i can check the iphone 3gs's 3-5 serial number... i mean what this the number and where i can check this....?
You can find the serial number by going to settings > general > about
or you can plug it into iTunes and it should tell you the serial number.

i have one big problem... when i do my 3gs power off it automatically goes to DFU mode... please help me out with this problem. i just have a restore from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1 with redsnow pwned DFU option
If you have the 5.1.1 SHSH saved, do a clean restore to that firmware, choose set up as new, do not restore to backup.
