A cousin of mine is visiting me in India and I was wondering if he can get an Iphone 4 upgrade if he gives his 3GS to me. The phone is att locked and I will have to jailbreak and unlock it to use it.
More importantly can he get the iPhone 4 by paying 199 ? Does he have to show his old 3GS at the store? He checked with att and they said he can upgrade by paying 199 so thats taken care of.
