3GS Unlock without carrier sim card

I want to unlock and activated my iphone 3GS that is locked at SFR.
iPhone is not activated and there is any idea how to unlock and activated this iPhone.

Can i do that if i restore from iTunes to 5.0.1? And When i'm using redsn0w i have "exploit failed"
