Anyone noticed the poor top-to-bottom viewing angle on your phone? Here is a picture of my 3GS on the right versus my old 3G on the left:

Whenever viewed slightly off angle from the bottom the blacks go "bright" similar to the effect seen here. This does not occur when flipping the phone upside down and tilting from the top. Would have been better if the top of the LCD was flipped and became the bottom, thus making the effect unnoticeable.

Why do you look at your phone this way? :p

It's a phone, viewing angle isn't all that important.

I don't, it's just kind of annoying that whenever your hand moves the shift occurs to a degree. That angle just shows the effect at its fullest.

Ook that is certainly an odd way to look at an iPhone, but maybe Apple has changed its manufacturing process making the 3GS. That screen looks backlit!
