Hi!
I've got problem with my iPhone 3GS new bootrom which is relying on an Ultrasn0w unlock. It has been upgraded to iPad baseband in order to successfully unlock to any carrier and has been working flawlessly except for the common GPS-failure. By mistake the iPhone was restored onto a official iOS version, i.e not a custom baseband preserving one, at least that is what i suspect. This has lead to it saying "WiFi not available" in settings and keeps searching for, and not finding, an GSM connection with official carrier SIM.
I've tried to reflash the baseband with redsn0w but with no luck. WiFi is now available but won't find my connections.
Has anyone had a similar problem with their iPadBB NBR 3GS? Does anyone have the slightest clue on what i cloud try? Is downgrading to custom 4.1 a good option?
Thanks in advance / frustrated swede
