3gs wifi

i dropped my iphone 3gs on ios 5 since then i can only pick up wifi right next to the router just wondering if iv done any internal damage when i dropped can still pick up 3g no problem but can only pick up wifi standing next to the router an when i walk away just afew feet it drops and loses connectio :/ thanks

My 3G was ezactily the same!! And i dropped it and smashed the screen at one stage so im guessing it was the dropping of it that caused the Wi-Fi issues!!
