3gs wireless fades in and out

I got the iPhone 3gs and it's very snappy. However I have noticed my wireless fades in and out, even when I am in the same room
as the router. I've tried a full restore and experience samething. Didn't even do a restore with my backup.

Is this normal for this version? Power saver or something? Any ideas? My wifes 3g on the wireless has full signal everywhere in the house.

My iPhone 3GS has similar problem. Especially when I am listening to internet radio, when I am on 3G, it's playing smoothly. However, when I am on wifi, it will just play few seconds and then app shows errors. I am new to iPhone, does anyone know how to fix it? I've tried several wireless mode on my router side, but none of them seems to work. It leads me to believe the problem is on the phone side...
