3GS with 3.0.1 firmware and 04.26.08 baseband - how to prep for sale?

I want to sell my 3GS on the 3.0.1 fw and 04.26.08 baseband. i unlocked it in advance to sell it and now i need to wipe my personal info from it. what is the best way to do this?

can i simply sync it with a new account in windows, with no contact, no email, no nothing, and have a "clean" phone this way?

i was under the idea that i can no longer restore to the 3.0.1 firmware to re-jailbreak and re-unlock it...

Do you have any SHSH blobs saved ?

Yes I have those saved in cydia.

Yes I have those saved in cydia.

Then you can restore to any version for which you have hashes saved.

Be sure and use pwnage tool to save that 4.26.xx baseband.

I recommend 3.1.2 keeping 4.26.xx baseband.

I thought pwnage tool is for mac only. What are my windows options? Thanks for your help.
